How do apply: Complete the online application form and upload the documents listed below. When submitting documents, upload what you already have. If you are choosing between versions, prioritise substance over polish. A working draft with full financial details is more useful than a polished summary that omits the specifics. Documents can be in English, French, Spanish, or Arabic.
You will be asked to upload the following documents:
✓ Registration certificate
✓ Conflict of interest policy
✓ Annual accounts
✓ Financial management manual
✓ Safeguarding policy
✓ Monitoring & Evaluation framework
✓ Risk register
✓ Strategy document
✓ Project proposal
⚠️ Documents must be uploaded in the correct section or they will not be considered.
⚠️ Upload the documents you already have. Do not prepare anything new for this application. If you do not have a particular document, leave that section blank. Missing documents are not automatically disqualifying.
