Exemplary Evaluations in A Multicultural World: Learning from Evaluation's Successes Across the Globe: This is an invitation from AEA to evaluators, evaluation scholars, students, evaluation sponsors, and evaluation users from all around the world to assemble November 9-14, 2015 in Chicago at their annual conference to share and learn from successes of the international discipline and practice of evaluation. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about exemplary evaluations, enabling evaluation environments, evaluation policies, evaluation theories and methods, and research on evaluation from a range of cultures and regions throughout the world.
The Exemplary Evaluations theme is intended to inspire and energize evaluation professionals from around the world to spotlight what has gone well in evaluation. In developing their contributions, participants will be encouraged to identify applications of the principles articulated in AEA’s Statement on Cultural Competence in Evaluation and its Guiding Principles for Evaluation. In addition, presentations will demonstrate optimal enabling environments for evaluation, the successful use of technology to enhance evaluation, exemplary evaluation designs and methods, stellar research on evaluation, successful evaluation policies, and examples of Visionary Evaluations as conceptualized and explored in detail by the AEA community in 2014.
AEA encourages many different types of presentations to allow a chance for anyone at any level to be involved, but please note that some presentation types require the presenter to be an expert in the field, while other are designed to promote discussion and idea-exchanging.
See presentation guidelines: http://www.eval.org/p/cm/ld/fid=315
A login is required to submit a proposal. Each submitter must either log in to eval.org or create a profile to submit a proposal. Only the submitter is required to create a profile; additional presenters are not required to create a profile.
