Applications are now open for the Direct Aid Program to support projects that complement Australia's broader aid program and contribute to sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction.
Focus
- This year, the Embassy’s Direct Aid Program will fund activities in the following areas:
- Combating human trafficking, modern slavery and child labour,
- Strengthening democratic institutions through promotion of gender, disability and social inclusion,
- Entrepreneurship and trade promotion, particularly to support export industries.
