Call for Proposals: BE-Relieve Ukraine Active Labour Market Policy

The programme focuses on infrastructure and energy, health and social protection, and skills and employment, with the skills and employment component representing around 30% of the total budget and emphasizing the evolution of vocational education and training institutions into Centers of Vocational Excellence, the contribution to higher employment ratios and company productivity through Active Labour Market Policy measures, the preparation of the Ukrainian labour market for technological and economic innovations through new skill sets, the provision of employers with a labour force equipped with skills linked to technological evolution and new job profiles, the adaptation of training programmes and development of new training modules aligned with private sector needs, the upskilling and reskilling of employees, tradesmen and artisans, the initial training of inactive and unemployed individuals, and the enhancement of employability in new trades and skills.
