Grant size: The programme will allocate up to 50,834,974.48 EUR of ERDF, 4,420,498.53 EUR of IPA and 4,653,192.00 EUR. The maximum EU contribution to the projects is 85% (for ERDF, IPA and ENI project partners). Total fund will be distributed among 5 priority Axis.
Duration: Projects must not exceed 36 months, and has to involve at least three financing partners from three different countries of the programme area: the Lead Partner and at least two project partners. Out of these financing partners, at least one, the Lead Partner, has to be located on the territory of an EU Member state of the Programme area.
DESCRIPTION:
The Danube Transnational Programme (DTP) is launching the second call for proposals that supports the policy integration in the Danube area through projects addressing key challenges and opportunities of the region.
The Programme offers financial support to transnational projects contributing to the development of a more innovative, better accessible and sustainable Danube Region.
Open to the Specific Objectives 1.2, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 3.2, restricted to specific topics for the other SOs. Priority Axis:
- PA1: Innovative and socially responsible Danube region
- PA2: Environment and culture responsible Danube region
- PA3: Better connected and energy reaponsible Danube region
- PA4: Well governed Danube region
- PA5: Technical Assistance
ELIGIBILITY:
- Local, regional, national public bodies/ bodies governed by public law officially registered in the Programme Area (including EGTCs in the meaning of Article 2(16) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 registered in one country the programme area)
- International organisations
- Private bodies (including private enterprises registered in a EU Member State of the programme area)
Type of activities:
- Contribution to sustainable territorial development
- Leverage effect on investment, development perspectives and policy development
- Facilitation of innovation (including social innovation), entrepreneurship, knowledge economy and information society by concrete cooperation action and visible results (creation of new products, services, development of new markets, improvement of human resources based on the principles of sustainability)
- Contribution to integration by supporting balanced capacities for transnational territorial cooperation at all levels (systems building and governance)
- Projects could include activities such as strategies, studies and operational plans, capacity building activities, promotion actions, development of tools, set-up of services, preparation and development of investments proposed by transnational strategic concepts, including small scale infrastructure investment if appropriate and justifiable. Additional activities could include networking and exchange of information, though not as stand-alone activity, as purely networking activities will NOT be supported.

- The Application Form, composed by a PDF, an Excel document and its annexes, part of the Application Package, can be downloaded via given website and have to be submitted through given link.
- All selected proposals will go through a condition clearing exercise, where, among other requirements to be fulfilled, the final project data will have to be inserted in the DTP electronic data exchange system (eMS).
